Steven R. Enis, Esq.
BACKGROUND
Steven R. Enis is a partner in the firm of Senoff & Enis. Prior to forming that firm, he was a partner in the firm of Tonneman, Vuotto, Enis & White, LLC after spending 12 years in the Family Law Department of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.C. He has been engaged exclusively in the practice of matrimonial law since 1996, practicing in all counties throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Enis developed a specialty in domestic violence litigation and has regularly lectured on topic on both the county and state level. He is also a qualified mediator pursuant to Rule 1:40 and has served as an Early Settlement Panelist and Intensive Settlement Panelist in multiple counties.
On a personal level, Mr. Enis is an avid endurance athlete having competed in dozens of Ironman competitions throughout the country and internationally. In 2017, Mr. Enis competed at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

Steven R. Enis is a partner in the firm of Senoff & Enis. Lauren Kelly Cahill, Esq.
Lauren Kelly (Cahill) joined the firm in September 2009. Lauren was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2008. She is experienced in all family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, enforcement and modification applications, grandparents’ rights, appeals and post-judgment issues. Lauren ahs served as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County since 2017 to assist the Court in settling cases. She has also served as an Early Settlement Panelist in both Middlesex and Ocean Counties. Lauren also offers mediation services as well.
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts, cu laude from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2008, Prior to her entry into private practice, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, the Presiding Judge of the Family part in Monmouth County Superior Court, Chancery Division. While in law school, she clerked for the Honorable Brian Sullivan of the Third Judicial Circuit in Detroit, Michigan and acted as her Class President during her second and third years in law school. Lauren was a semi-finalist in the Ernie Goodman Moot Court Competition and was the recipient of the Book Award while attending law school.
Lauren is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. She is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the volunteer organization Impact 100.

Michael J. Gunteski, Esq.
Mr. Gunteski was born and raised in Ocean County. He attended University of Scranton and then continued his education at Seton Hall University School of Law. He graduated from Seton Hall in 2007. Thereafter, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Honora O’Brien Kilgallen, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Courthouse. After his clerkship concluded, he joined the firm of Jacobowitz, Defino, Latimer & O’Toole as an associate. Thereafter, he joined the Law Offices of Toby Grabelle and eventually became partner at Grabelle & Gunteski. Mr. Gunteski left that firm in 2013 and formed the law office of O'Toole & Gunteski, effective February 2013 to February of 2019. Beginning in February 2019, he has been an attorney at Senoff & Enis.
His entire legal practice has been focused in the area of Family Law. I am licensed to practice law in New Jersey (since 2007). He is a member of the Ocean and Monmouth County bar association. He is an Early Settlement Panelist in Ocean and Monmouth County. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Ocean and Monmouth County Bar Association and has been called upon as a mediator in contested matrimonial actions.

MICHAEL J. GUNTESKI, ESQ.

Erich Scheinder, Esq.
Erich Schneider is a family law and divorce attorney. He graduated from Villanova University in 1988 with a B.A. Mr. Schneider received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Schneider has practiced primarily family law for his entire career. He has experience in nearly all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets and domestic violence. Mr. Schneider received the esteemed honor of becoming certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney in September of 2002. He is also recognized as a highly qualified Family Law Mediator helping countless families resolve even their most complex issues.
Mr. Schneider has been a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association since 1994. He has also volunteered his time as an experienced panelist in the Early Settlement Panel Program in Monmouth County since 1998. He has served as head of the ESP Program since 2002. He has also been a member of the Domestic Violence Working Group of Monmouth County since 2002.
